Key tasks
Maintaining high standards in food preparation and presentation is all part of our commitment to service.
This is a supervisory role therefore when the Head Chef is absent, it is your responsibility to run the kitchen and all food outlets.
You will also take care of food purchasing and storage, as well as, maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment. In addition, the Sous Chef also assists with the training and development of the kitchen team.
