Job description

Key tasks

Responsible for opening and closing of the restaurant;
Ensure smooth operations of the restaurant with compliance to health & safety standards;
Ensure day-to-day guest satisfaction is achieved at the restaurant;
To lead and coach the restaurant team; and
Other duties assigned by the food and beverage department.
