Le Sofitel Lyon Bellecour recherche pour son restaurant son/sa Serveur/serveuse, ses missions consisteront à :
• Réserver un accueil chaleureux et personnalisé au client
• Offrir un service attentionné et adapté aux clients
• Etre le garant de la satisfaction des clients
• Etre attentif aux remarques du client et en assurer le suivi
• Établir de bonnes relations avec le client, le conseille et le fidélise
• Mettre en valeur l'offre restauration
Horaires : 6h00 - 14h30
