This newly created role allows an experienced Revenue Manager to grow and oversee two hotels in our portfolio as the Senior Revenue Manager.  This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth across the hotels, and as the Senior Revenue Manager, will be responsible for developing and implementing effective revenue strategies, analysing market trends, and optimising pricing and distribution channels, resulting in maximum profitability and guest experience.

Job Description

·  Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management procedures and best practices
·  Identify new revenue opportunities through market analysis and competitive benchmarking
·  Oversee the revenue management and distribution strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives
·  Provide weekly dynamic forecasts, annual revenue budgets, and regular performance reports
·  Lead and mentor the Reservations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high-performance

Qualifications

·  Proven experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry
·  Strong analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management systems and reporting tools
·  Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on coaching and development
·  Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly
·  Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and pursue innovative strategies for revenue growth
