Job description
Key tasks
• Be aware of the Security policies and procedures of the Hotel, and ensure that at all times in all areas of the Hotel that they are being strictly adhered to.
• To perform traffic control for the surrounding area of hotel.
• To maintain the highest level of security, safety and guest service standards in accordance with the Company and Departmental Policies and Procedures.
• To ensure security checks are conducted for exit bag / parcel searches of contractors, suppliers, part-timers and staff.
• To conduct security patrols in assigned areas and report to Security Control Room of any situation of the ordinary, obstructions, suspicious characters, damages or out-of-order facilities or items for further action.

Essential and optional requirements
• Applicants must possess at least SPM or Certificate/Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the similar capacity or former police or military officer with good discipline records.
• Applicants must be Malaysian citizen.
