Job Description

We are seeking a professional and decisive Security and Loss Prevention Manager to join our team at Mercure Bangkok Makkasan, Thailand. As a key member of our leadership, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security and loss prevention strategies to protect our assets, employees, and customers.

·  Develop, implement, and oversee security and loss prevention policies and procedures
·  Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
·  Manage and maintain security systems, including CCTV and access control
·  Lead investigations into security breaches, thefts, and other incidents
·  Collaborate with local law enforcement and government agencies as needed
·  Train and supervise security personnel and loss prevention teams
·  Analyze security data and prepare detailed reports for upper management
·  Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and regulations related to security
·  Develop and manage emergency response plans
·  Oversee inventory control systems and procedures to minimize shrinkage
·  Stay updated on industry trends and emerging security technologies

Qualifications

·  Minimum of 3 years of experience in security and loss prevention management
·  Proven track record in developing and implementing security strategies
·  Strong knowledge of security management systems and loss prevention techniques
·  Expertise in risk assessment, CCTV surveillance, and emergency response planning
·  Proficiency in inventory control systems and shrinkage reduction methods
·  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
·  Strong leadership and team management abilities
·  Exceptional communication skills in both Thai and English
·  In-depth understanding of Thai labor laws and regulations related to security
·  Experience in retail or hospitality security operations preferred
·  Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
