Job description

Key tasks

- Responsible to ensure the proper work of the overall Rooms Division Administration.
- Coordination role to play in terms of communication and works in closed cooperation with the Rooms Division Manager
- Responsible for performing secretarial tasks, computer literate and excellent administration skills.
- Organize the schedule of the Rooms Division Manager in advance and remind him/her in advance.
- Ability to multi-task with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage the appropriate rooms for guests and work closely with housekeeping and the reservations department regarding the distribution and status of guest rooms.

- Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience as the position applied.

- Understanding of hotel pricing strategies and room types
- Self-starter and a team player as well
- Ability to multi-task with excellent communication and collaboration skills
