Sales & Reservations Coordinator
You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties to support your team. You communicate well with all contacts, anticipate and resolve issues, and update teams on your various projects.

    What you will be doing:
  • Organize and implement administrative systems & procedures, and perform necessary support duties
  • Serve as a principal source of information for the team
  • Prepare and maintain your department’s records and reports
  • Work with daily, weekly and monthly checklists
  • Greet clients attending an in person meeting
  • Coordinate details of rooms blocks associated with weddings
  • Manage shared reservations inbox to respond to enquiries over email
  • Book and enter room reservation requests in the PMS or Central Reservations System
  • Detailing of reservations to include ETA's, guest preferences, soliciting ALL enrollment, upselling and creating 'surprise and delight' moments
  • Maintain guest profile data
  • Assist Sales and Events team by monitoring all lead sources and distribute leads to appropriate managers
  • Prepare reports as required
  • Coordinate Charitable Donations Program

    Your experience and skills include:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests
  • Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion
  • Competency using a variety of computer software applications including Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of Opera is an asset
  • College degree or diploma in Hotel/Resort management is an asset
