Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager - International to join our team in Tokyo, Japan. As a key member of our global sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving international sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing sales team across multiple markets.

·  Develop and implement international sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
·  Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
·  Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners worldwide
·  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
·  Create and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management
·  Negotiate complex deals and contracts with international clients
·  Travel internationally to attend trade shows, conferences, and client meetings
·  Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies

Qualifications

·  Minimum of 3 years of experience in international sales management
·  Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in global markets
·  Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
·  Excellent negotiation and communication skills
·  Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
·  Fluency in English; additional language skills are highly valued
·  Japanese language proficiency is preferred
·  In-depth understanding of global market trends and international business practices
·  Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
·  Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50% of the time)
·  Results-oriented with a customer-focused approach
