Senior Sales Manager/Assistant Manager- Corporate销售经理/副经理-商务

Primary Responsibilities主要职责

  • Maintain existing business and develop new accounts, maintain good business relationship with all producers, make sure all reservation are correctly instructed for effective communication between sales and reservation operation.
  • Conduct sales campaign by direct sales call / visits/mailing for group and FIT business from all sources for bookings and leads.
  • Control mailing list and ensure it updated constantly, complete weekly entertainment and weekly activities plan.
  • Assist the sales director to complete the annual sales plan.
  • To familiar with the operation and application of the hotel's computer / data processing system.

 

  • 保持现有客户并发展新的客户,同客户保持良好的商业关系,确认所有的预定单被准确无误地在销售部与预订部之间进行沟通并生效。
  • 针对团队,散客,开展电话销售、访问、邮寄等销售活动。
  • 控制通讯名录并保证不断更新, 完成每周的宴请和拜访计划。
  • 协助销售总监完成每年销售计划。
  • 熟悉饭店电脑及数据系统的运作和应用程序。

 

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验

  • Over three years relatives work experience, at least one year of experience in the same position
  • Proficiency in office software.
  • English skills in writing and reading.

 

  • 三年以上相关从业经验,至少1年同岗位从业经验。
  • 熟练使用办公软件。
  • 英文读写能力。
