Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's sales strategies, leading a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong relationships with clients in this vibrant market.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
· Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to optimise their performance
· Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
· Create detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management
· Organise and participate in sales meetings, presentations, and industry events
· Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
· Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and prompt issue resolution
· Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and promotional materials
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
· 3-5 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
· Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
· Excellent organisational and time management skills
· Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
· Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving skills
· Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
· Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
· Familiarity with the local market and business culture in Phu Quoc or Vietnam is advantageous
