Job Description
As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving the resort’s commercial success by supporting the Director of Sales in developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that the resort achieves its revenue targets.
About the role
· Assist the Director of Sales in executing the resort’s sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
· Manage assigned market segments, ensuring strong business relationships and client satisfaction.
· Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
· Maintain up-to-date market knowledge and competitor analysis to support effective decision making.
· Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the Director of Sales.
· Collaborate with the marketing and reservations teams to ensure seamless execution of promotional campaigns and packages.
· Represent the resort at trade shows, sales missions, and client meetings, both on and off the island.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand.
· Maldives’ work experience is preferred.
· Strong agents' network among local DMCs.
· Proficient in English.
· Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
· Outgoing personality, communication skills, flexible working hours, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment
