Key tasks

As Sales Executive you will be manage all aspects of the group bookings, proposal, contracting, reservation and billing, as well as contacting and soliciting accounts that yield maximum revenues and profits for Sofitel London St James.

You will be the link with our clients to showcase the brand of Sofitel by ensuring we always exceed their expectations and deliver the brand promise to the highest level.

The role requires a high level of spoken and written English language, complete flexibility to meet the needs of the business with a strong focus on attention to detail and respective follow-ups.
