Job description

Key tasks

• Sales relay for existing and new opening hotels within Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore, compiling action and initiatives
• Accurate tracking of centrally managed accounts at NSO and hotel level in ASA or ANAIS
• ASA relay and RFP solicitation
• Preparing contracts and other client communication as directed
• Supporting Global Sales activities and planning ie sales mission, tradeshow and table top
• Assisting the manager in purging and preparing reports, other statistical information and presentation as required
• Daily account management and assist to ensure compliance of hotels in using their AccorHotels sales tools and application

Essential and optional requirements

• Good teamwork, result oriented, communication and negotiating skill
• Hard worker and able to work under pressure
• Hotel or Business school graduates – Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree (min. GPA 3.00)
• Internship experiences, preferably hotel based working experience.
• Fluent in English both oral and written and familiar Microsoft Excel
