Key tasks
- To provide administrative support in matters relating to the preparation of quotations, proposals, contracts, etc.
- Maintain and update vital information of companies, contacts, profiles and database
- Assist the client and follow up on all correspondence in the absence of the Sales Executives
- Prepare and collate the monthly reports and other related information.
