Key tasks

To maximize hotel occupancy and average room rate by applying yield management, aiming to ensure guest satisfaction achieves the minimum required standard of 90% satisfaction
- To maximize rooms revenue through the management of all online selling channels to include but not limited to Accorhotels.com
- Monitor daily rates on all online platform and ensure competitiveness of rates versus specified competitor sets.
- Manage and monitor resort’s digital display and ranking on all TPI websites.
- Promote the resort at every opportunity as an aspirational resort and the “first choice” for travellers seeking a luxury stay experience in the Maldives.
- Ensure all activities are aligned with Raffles brand standards.
- To supervise and ensure the smooth and efficient daily operation of the reservation operation, ensuring everyone contacting the Reservations Department receives an optimum level of services and care at all times.

Essential and optional requirements

- Previous experience in a similar function from a top end luxury island resort.
- Ability to work in a remote location or island life
- Excellent leadership skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, local or other major foreign languages (e.g. Chinese, Arabic, French, etc.) are a plus.
- Experience in pre-opening would be a plus.
