Key tasks

We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our fabulous team at Mercure Dartford Brands Hatch Hotel & Spa. A fantastic opportunity for someone with F&B experience who is looking for that next step in their career.

You will be in charge of the restaurant and bar team, supporting the F&B manager.

In this role you will focus on all the touch points of the customer journey, working with the team to personalise our guest's experiences and WOWing them throughout their stay.
Connecting with our Guests face to face during their meal will be key, managing any queries and using information learned to add value to their experience.

You will encourage the team to create 'sparkles' - memorable moments that recognise important occasions, guest passions or just because.

A good level of English, both written and spoken is essential and flexibility is required as there will be a combination of early morning, evening and weekend shifts.
