Job description

Key tasks

* MANAGE THE DAILY F&B SERVICE OPERATIONS OF THE ASSIGNED RESTAURANT, BAR AND ROOM SERVICE.
• Enhances guest satisfaction through his/her warm and friendly manner.
• Handles guest comments and complaints, ensuring follow-up
• Develops strong relationships with guests with the aim of gaining their loyalty
• Ensures the quality of service provided for guests, that they are comfortable and receive a warm and personal welcome
• Steers and promotes all the F&B points of sale
• Organizes, TRAINS and supervises the TEAM to meet the highest level of service standard.
• Ensures the brand's reference standards are properly applied
LEADING AND MONITOR TEAM TO MAINTAIN BRAND STANDARD
• Ensures that restaurant and function room areas are kept clean.
• Ensures that the equipment and cultural assets of the restaurant remain in good condition and working order
• Use your leadership skills effectively to encourage and motivate the team.
• Monitor guest service personnel constantly, ensuring that at all times maximum guest and teams satisfaction is being achieved though guest
recognition and prompt cordial attention.

Essential and optional requirements

• Diploma or Degree preferably in hospitality or related field
• 2-3 years in industry experience, minimum 1 year as Restaurant Manager
• Experience in similar size/style of hotel 4*, 5*, 6* resort/business
• Micros /opera/MC system for F&B
• Minimum experience/knowledge of Bar & Banquet operation

• Communication skills for all levels of staff/guests, confident, clear English
• Interpersonal skills to deal with guests and staff issues
• Confidently able to resolve problems and make decisions
• Adaptable to multicultural guest needs, works with diverse cultures
• Can use sensitivity and discretion in supporting guest needs
• Leads to constantly improve the guest service experience
