We’re on the lookout for a high energy Restaurant Manager – someone with flair and vision who has the ability to lead and inspire a large team, managing the business as their own. Yes, you’ll have the opportunity to put your stamp on it as we plan to redesign our food & drink offerings – an all encompassing, strategic role!

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Oversee the daily operations of our busy Restaurant, Room Service and Minibar, reporting to the General Manager.
- Lead a team of 40+, including one Assistant Manager and three support Supervisors.
- Oversee Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Training and Development of all team members.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and the Conference Services Manager to ensure the flawless execution of our food, drink and service delivery.
- Manage all key financial indicators including daily business analysis, payroll control, Profit & Loss review, stocktaking and forecasting.
- Make a real impact in building relationships with our guests. They are very close to our hearts and it’s non-negotiable that you share this same passion!

- You can think outside the box. You may be interested in or have the skills in conceptual design (food and drink offerings).
- You hold a current General Managers certificate.
