Responsible To: Front Office Manager
Function: The Hotel Reservationist is responsible for the supervision hotel reservations.
Your main objective every day will be to prepare all the duties included in the reservation department in a very warm and friendly atmosphere .Our guests are the most important thing for our team, so being able to engage with them on the phone and through the email, go the extra mile and make sure they are looking forward to come back, will be your priority.
In the middle, a few daily duties will need to be carried out, but don't worry you will soon realize how easy they are! If you are the lucky one.
