Job Description
We are seeking a qualified, service-minded leader to join the Rooms leadership.
Reservations Manager / Revenue Analyst

What you will be doing:
· Provide managerial support to the Reservations team and in the daily operational duties as needed.
· Consistently offer leadership and service in a friendly, engaging and Luxury service culture standard that contributes positively to the team and Sofitel's Brand Vision and Mission.
· Provide administrative and floor support in the Reservations department. Assist in ensuring appropriate staffing levels are present and assist in recommendations to meet forecasted business volumes. Assist with office duties, coverage, paperwork, billing and attending interdepartmental meetings.
· Manage ALL Upsell programs and all commissions for third party vendors.
· Asist in Maintaining employee morale and programs to maintain engagement.
· Promote and lead a service driven, results driven work environment with effective SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) to drive up Guest Satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
· A passion for everything Hospitality and luxury customer service.
· Minimum of 3 years of previous Rooms management to include Guest Service and/or Reservations management experience in a luxury hotel setting preferred.
· Knowledge of Opera Property Management System is an asset.
· Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills that allow you to lead and manage the Rerservations team effectively.
· An ability to work under pressure while maintaining a sense of poise and professionalism.
· A can-do, positive attitude that enables, empowers and inspires others
· An ability to naturally engage with guests and show empathy; have genuine care and concern for both the well-being of our guests and fellow team members
· A desire to learn and grow and a fast paced, challenging, exciting environment
· Computer proficiency in a Windows environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
