SEEKING A RESERVATIONS MANAGER.

Are you organised and a great sales person who really enjoys the fun and hustle of a busy hotel?

The Novotel York Centre is going through an extensive renovation and extension project this year that will make us the envy of the city, and we are looking for a Reservations Manager to run our reservations department.

Your main task will be to ensure your team optimises the hotel occupancy and rate by successfully converting reservation enquiries from individual, group and MICE into materialised bookings. We will also expect you to network; attract and develop new business and cultivate a fun and friendly work atmosphere.

If you have a strong background in hospitality, previous supervisory role and experience in Reservations with knowledge of a reservation booking system as well as a property management system, then we would like to hear from you.
