Key tasks

Novotel Edinburgh Centre is one of the highest performing Novotel in the UK for RevPar. You would be responsible for the day to day management of the rooms reservation function of the Hotel, the quality of arrivals reservation, Data tracking, Group quotation and allocation, Liaising with 3rd party distributors to drive incremental revenue and manage availability, Animation of corporates accounts, Responding to respond to request for price (RFP) for corporates in line with hotel strategy, allocation of task and performance motivation of Reservations coordinator, Leasing with front desk and Housekeeping teams to create a harmonious working environment and a hassle free experience for our guests.
