Key tasks

Our current Reservations and Conference Manager has been with us for 4 years, developing herself from the role of reservations coordinator, all the way up to the managerial role. She has done an amazing job and brought the department to the great level it is now. A new opportunity has now come forward for her and, even if we will certainly miss her, we are happy to see her developing even more.

Who are we looking for: we are looking for somebody passionate about delivering great customer service, with the right attitude towards guests and colleagues, who is committed to deliver the highest guest experiences.

Your duties will include:

- Oversee the Reservation Team, defining rates and looking after the daily business strategy in order to maximize revenue.
- Deal with our corporate clients and ensure they received the best possible service.
- Discuss Meeting and Events inquiries with the M&E coordinator and lease with F&B team in order to agree on offers.
- Business reporting and meeting when relevant for your department.
