Key tasks
The Reservation Manager is responsible to lead and responsible for the operation of the Reservation Division. The Reservation Manager will handle telephone inquiries, accepting reservations and the subsequent input into the computer system. On a broader scale the Reservations must work closely with all Front Office and Sales Managers, and in particular, Sales, providing lead advice and constant 'feedback' concerning both inquiries and firm reservations. The Reservations is also to pay particular attention to the use of the Guest History facility in the front office system. The Reservation Manager must work closely with the Reservation Manager of Accor Call Center and updating room inventory, open and close procedure and all aspect related to TARS.
