Qualifications

What you will bring to the role:

·  Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences
·  Experience in a hotel reservations role is highly regarded
·  Familiarity with reservations and CRM systems (Opera PMS desirable)
·  Substantial customer service and sales experience
·  Attention to detail & ability to multitask
·  High level of communication and interpersonal skills
