MORE ABOUT THE ROLE

The role would be shifts working early evenings between the hours 4pm - 9pm Monday to Friday and day time Saturdays from 12 noon on wards. You would be in the reception lobby area chatting with our guest and helping them with their needs. You would be check-in our guest using a tablet system to allow you to ensure the guest has a great welcome as they arrive at the Ibis Styles Portland Hotel.

As a Guest Services Team Member you will be the first face our guests see when they arrive. The warm smile and warm welcome that gets their stay off to a great start.
At Ibis Styles you’ll have the freedom to take initiative, going above and beyond to make each guest’s stay individual and memorable, while surrounded by a friendly team that supports you.
You will be the port of call for guests, taking inquiries and reception duties in a relaxed but professional manner.

In addition to this you will support our Reservations team on site too.
