Key tasks

Key Responsibilities:
• Meet and greet visitors on arrival and answer, screen and forward incoming calls.
• Ensure the 'Front of House' (public area) is welcoming and presentable
• You will have first rate interpersonal and communication skills
• An ability to efficiently and effectively manage a range of tasks simultaneously and take pride in your surroundings.
• You will require sound IT and organisational and administrative skills, with a strong customer focus and attention to detail.
• You must have experience working in a busy customer-facing role (previous experience in a reception or facilities support role is desirable)
• Have fluent written and spoken English language skills.
• You will have the proven ability to effectively manage a wide range of tasks & responsibilities and pro-active communication skills, in face-to-face, written and telephone communications.
• Flexibility in your approach to work is essential; you must be adaptable and willing to undertake all tasks required of the role.
