RECEPTIONIST - IMMEDIATE START

If you are a talented individual who has passion for hospitality, whether you are at the beginning of your journey in this industry or you are an experienced receptionist and would like to share it with our team - please apply now as you can start immediately!

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet visitors on arrival and answer, screen and forward incoming calls.
• Ensure the 'Front of House' (public area) is welcoming and presentable
• You will have first rate interpersonal and communication skills
• An ability to efficiently and effectively manage a range of tasks simultaneously and take pride in your surroundings.
• You will require sound IT and organisational and administrative skills, with a strong customer focus and attention to detail.
• You must have experience working in a busy customer-facing role (previous experience in a reception or facilities support role is desirable)
• Have fluent written and spoken English language skills.
• You will have the proven ability to effectively manage a wide range of tasks & responsibilities and pro-active communication skills, in face-to-face, written and telephone communications.
• Flexibility in your approach to work is essential; you must be adaptable and willing to undertake all tasks required of the role.
