Job description

Key tasks

An opportunity for an additional team member with previous experience to duty manager with experience also in food service, bar, food preparation for breakfast, snacks & dinner to over see the operation. Must be over 18. Duties include reception based work checking in & out, cashing up, forward reservation checks through various third party sites. Excellent customer service skills to work with a variety of guests, good numeracy, flexible approach to work in a fast pace, ability to work on own initiative and have determination to problems solve when required. Hours of work will be on a rota basis for daytime, evenings over seven days per week and sometimes also through the night 10 pm - 8 am. Working 35 hrs per week. More hours may be available for holiday cover & business demands. Would need to be available for different rota days.
