Your main objective every day will be to offer THE BEST POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Our guests are the most important thing for our team, so being able to engage with them, go the extra mile and make sure they are looking forward to come back, will be your priority.
In the middle, a few daily duties will need to be carried out, but don't worry you will soon realize how easy they are! If you are the lucky one, you may be asked to work late and night shifts and always with the Accor brand resources at your disposal.
You will be working among a dynamic and experienced group of people (a small family, I would say) that will help you achieve your objectives (short and long term), and will assist you all the way through
