As a Reception Team Member - or Welcomer as we call it, you will be the first and last point of contact for the guest, together with the team you will manage guest enquires and requests. You will look to personalise the guest experience with sparkling moments. Of course there is admin and other technical bits, so if you have knowledge of Opera this would be a plus.

A good level of English, both written and spoken is essential and flexibility is required as there will be a combination of early morning, evening, nights occasionally and weekend shifts.
