Job description

Key tasks

As Team Leader you will oversee the supervision of the Team and ensure that excellent service is delivered to our guests at all times.
You will act as first point of contact for guest queries and ensure that all the admin/operations job are completed.
You will also be expected to maximize room occupancy and best rates and promote hotel services and facilities.

MISSION
• Provides a warm and personalised welcome to guests
• Anticipates guests' needs and takes them into consideration
• Handles any guest complaints and/or remarks
• Conveys the hotel image
• Supervises the work of the receptionists on his/her team

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• 1 to 2 years experience working as Receptionist in a hotel.
• Computer literate (Windows environment) Opera, Resa Web.
• Fluent in English
