Supervise the Welcome team
Ensure the shift is run efficiently
Ensure that all runs smoothly during our guests' stay and afterwards.
Promote loyalty with Le Club Accor Hotels
Other duties include: - Answering the telephone and taking reservations - Handling the cash register and billing - Keeping the accounts - reimbursements, payment of deferred travel agency invoices...
