Key tasks

Experience Required:

You may be an existing (Hotel Trained) Reception Manager or possibly an Experienced Deputy/Supervisor looking to take your first HOD role, (with Opera experience) within a large Hotel environment.

We seek a real 'people person' who can manage and develop a team from leading by example and offer guests the very best standards of customer care throughout their stay.

Hotel Experience - Essential

Flexible Working Patterns - To include evenings & weekends as required (as managed by you)

Your CV must show a solid track record in Hotel Reception skills with a minimum of 2 year in a senior supervisory / management capacity.
