Job description

Key tasks

- Responsible for understanding customer need and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
- Reviewing specifications for products or processes
- Work closely with all Department Heads to illustrate and define opportunities the hotel can undertake to deliver higher guest satisfaction and over all Sofitel Brand Equity
- Efficiently monitor quality tools implementation in all departments
- Share guest comments on a daily basis and ensure the necessary action is taken by the department heads
- Oversee the implementation and sustainability of corrective action associated with all gaps identified in the internal and external audits
- Ensuring that the guest experience is to high standards at all times

Essential and optional requirements

- University graduate or equivalent diploma in Hotel Management
- At least 3 years experience in a similar position in International hotel
- Clear understanding of hotel industry is necessary as well regional markets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Resourceful, strong business orientation with strive for results
- Excellent command in both spoken and written English
- A keen eye for detail and a results driven approach
