ASSIGNMENTS

We are looking for a QA engineer who will tackle the following challenges :

• Help establish and apply norms and standards for our testing architecture
• Ensure a constantly growing level of quality
• Develop new tests and tools for our APIs, mobile apps and web sites
• Configure automated tests to execute reliably and efficiently in CI/CD environments
• Work with the product team and development teams to understand how new features should be tested, and then engage them in contributing automated tests
• Keep making our tech stack more futuristic and entertaining
• Help outline the next steps of our projects
• Challenge the established ways to further improve the quality of our platform and the developer experience!

CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal team member is someone with :

• Strong experience with test automation tools
• Good grasp of REST APIs
• Experience in development
• Experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery
• Knowledge in security testing
• Pragmatism, and ability to decide what’s “good enough”, while planning ahead and knowing when to iterate
• Empathy and the desire to elevate those around them
• First-hand knowledge that velocity and quality can go well together
• An insatiable appetite for discovering new technologies, because they know that as a tech person, they’ll have to learn new things continuously
• Ability to write and talk in English
