Purchasing Supervisor
You will supervise the daily purchasing functions and maintains relationship with vendors or suppliers and negotiates contracts for more complex purchase order.

What you will be doing:

·  Ensure that products and raw materials needs of the hotel are secured at the best price and received as planned
·  Conduct effective negotiations with vendors to obtain the best possible price
·  Continually explore alternative sources of supply taking into consideration price, quality and reliability of both existing and new vendors
·  Negotiation of contracts for F&B as well General Supplies

Your experience and skills include:

·  Experience in a computerised Materials procurement system preferably in the hospitality industry
·  Must have Qatar Driving License 
·  Strong analytical and excellent negotiation skills, organised, meticulous with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
·  Possess a positive attitude, mature, highly initiative, with strong leadership qualities and able to relate well with individuals at all levels and function effectively
