The UK, AccorInvest’ s third largest contributor to the group, currently has an opening for a Project Manager to come on board and join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a team of dedicated professionals and to be part of the creation of the AccorInvest culture.
Do you have experience in Project Management or Procurement and have a practical understanding of hotel operations with a technical mindset?
If so, you may be the person we are looking for as we are offering an exciting opportunity to join our Construction team as a FF&E Project Manager.
Based at our Head Office in Hammersmith, you’ll have a key role within hotel refurbishment & construction projects, providing all necessary FF&E within a set time frame and budget.
- To take ownership of, and successfully run a project from the Design stage up till its completion autonomously
- To work closely with colleague Project Managers FF&E and Construction as well as with our colleagues from the Asset Management Team
- To work with third parties on projects, such as Design agencies and contractors
- To submit a detailed forecast of the FF&E items to procure to the Project Manager Construction & Asset Management Team within the frame of the budget
- To establish a final account at the end of the project – liaise with Asset Management and carry out a debriefing session with the Construction team
This is a hands-on role whereby you are responsible for the execution of the projects as well as the project management of them:
• To raise and send purchase orders to suppliers and contractors and ensure follow up
• Negotiate deliveries with suppliers / follow up on logistics and liaise with sites
• Regular site visits to follow up on quality and implementation of the scope
• Regular communication between Hotel Managers, PM construction, contractors during the process of the project
• Check all invoices, authorise them, send for payment and process in reporting systems

The position requires an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual, able to work independently within the deadline of a project and to manage several projects at the same time.
As well as having great communication skills – with suppliers, contractors and colleagues, you will need to be able to negotiate and create excellent relationships and to be a Team player.
This role calls on a creative, proactive approach throughout the life of the project, thinking ahead and out of the box, with a positive, problem solving attitude, being detail orientated and control minded.
