Job description

As part of the of the Loyalty & Partnerships Direction, and within the E-commerce & Media team, you will advise and coordinate transversal projects for Digital Acquisition and Media team with different internal stakeholders.

Main responsabilities : 

Coordinate existing transversal projects for E-commerce & Media division

Coordinate existing strategical projects (i.e. ACE, CSR) with teams to identify project capacity & delivery follow-up and escalate potential issues
Be the entry point for Digital Acquisition & Media in any new projects launch by giving recommendations and evaluating capacity management in building strategy
Facilitate full funnel & transversal approach on all projects between experts centrally or within Hubs
Consolidate and follow action plan in line with objectives and targets
Communicate on projects delivery on a global and regional level

 

Animate E-commerce & Media community to align and reach common global business target

Facilitate cross-channel exchange with E-commerce & Media teams to maximise business opportunities and guarantee cross-channel consistency
Manage and consolidate Digital Acquisition & Media communication to ensure regular communication on projects delivery status at global and regional level
Coordinate multi-channel and multi-region projects
Identify new business or projects opportunities with regional teams and global team
Facilitate news and best practices sharing across teams and Hubs
 
Critical issues of the position : 
-Facilitate exchanges between Central & Regional teams by animating a community
-Manage transversal projects with a large number of stakeholders on a daily basis
-Adapt your speech according to the level of expertise of each stakeholder
