Job description

Key tasks

Ensure that the day-to-day administrative needs of the department are fulfilled.
Perform the duties within the framework defined by the norms of the Company and within the Hotel’s internal regulations, and special duties as required by the General Manager.
Keep confidential information CONFIDENTIAL.
Assist the General Manager with translation of documents and during meetings as necessary.
Take down and transcribe the minutes of meetings such as Executive Morning Briefing and dictation from General Manager.
Control and monitor the in-house transportation records, reports, maintenance record as well as to follow up the attendance and request for overtime of the drivers.
File and maintain the personal files of executives kept in the Executive Office as well as to file respective documents based on the coding system.

Essential and optional requirements

Minimum 3 years experience in hotel industry or similar field, with successful records and references.
Good communication skills in English & Vietnamese (spoken and written).
Strong Microsoft office skills.
Collaborative spirit, with strong entrepreneurial skills.
Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively and positively.
Leadership, learning & development management capability.
Successful pre-opening records is a plus
