Key tasks
In charge of both pastry and bakery sections, follow payroll cost and productivity within the budgeted guidelines.
Lead and supervise the quality & quantity of the pastry department, as well as co ordinate the production as it relates to banquet and restaurant functions.
Developments of new desserts, pastries and bread products.
Provide training, conducts daily briefings, ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils and equipment’s.
