Key tasks

 In charge of both pastry and bakery sections, follow payroll cost and productivity within the budgeted guidelines.
 Lead and supervise the quality & quantity of the pastry department, as well as co ordinate the production as it relates to banquet and restaurant functions.
 Developments of new desserts, pastries and bread products.
 Provide training, conducts daily briefings, ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils and equipment’s.
