- Diploma certification in a Culinary discipline required
- Highly responsible & reliable
- develop new dessert , pastry and bread products
- Follow Outlet policies , procedures
- To assist in the recruitment of pastry kitchen cooks and training of all new cooks
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Ability top work well under pressure in a fast - paced environment
- other duties as assigned
