Key tasks

We are now seeking to recruit a Chef de Partie for work in our pastry Kitchen and who has a minimum of 1 years experience in a similar hotel.

As a Chef de Partie (Pastry) we are looking for someone who has:
• An interest in pastry and to be able to produce desserts and other pastry items to a high quality and standard

• Produce desserts for our Restaurant, Bar an Room Service Menu
• A high level of personal cleanliness and presentation
• A good level of spoken English

You will be responsible for:
• Producing pastry products for all departments
• Creating new ideas for menus and to trial them
• Working within a vibrant environment
• Maintaining safe and hygienic work environment
