Key tasks

We are currently recruiting for a Painter/Maintenance Team Member to join our awesome team.
For this role you will be based 4 days at the Ibis Canning Town and 1 day a week in Ibis Docklands Canary Wharf

Overview of duties
 In conjunction with the Maintenance Manager, helps ensure the smooth running of the hotel's technical installations and the upkeep of the hotel facilities.
 Keeping up appearance of rooms and public areas (painting/decorating)

Main Responsibilities
 Carries out multi-skilled repair work as required,
 Implements the corrective action plans as communicated by the Maintenance Manager,
 Follows the preventive maintenance program,
 Complies to Health and Safety Regulations in the workplace

Management and administration
 Communicates and cooperates with the other departments,

A good level of English is essential and flexibility is required as there will be a combination of morning, evening and weekend shifts.
