Key tasks

Our Combo F&B Manager will be responsible for the management of the team in the Restaurant, maintaining and enhancing standards within these restaurants whilst creating a fun relaxed environment.

• To present a professional, friendly and efficient impression of the Hotel at all times.
• To ensure that all tasks relating to guest comfort, guest satisfaction or the impression the guest receives of the Hotel must be treated with utmost priority.
• To establish a good working relationship with your guest, visitors and colleagues creating a team that works well together and with other departments.
• To be responsible for the well-being of your team along with their duties and development
• Welcome and build rapport with customers.
• Guarantee a consistently high standard of service and products.
• Check and maintain the cleanliness of the workplace and apply cleaning schedule
• Have an excellent knowledge of food, promotions, products and services offered by the Hotel.
• Maximise sales at all times whether they are financial or customer related and optimise the average covers and number of sales.
• To use every opportunity to promote the Hotel, products and services and to upsell or suggestive sell as required.
• To be fully aware of the F&B breakage and waste procedure and cost.
• Acknowledge verbal complaints and deal directly with those in your responsibility.
• Carry out inventories and check that all stocks are kept up to date with expected levels.
• Ensure the security of products and beverages within the Department.
• Take part in the technical training of trainees taken in by the Department.
. Work closely with the head chef when creating new menus and promotions
• To be flexible in the shifts worked.
