Key tasks

We are currently looking for a talented Night Supervisor (Night Reception Team Leader).

As a Night Supervisor you will ensure our guests have a comfortable and safe stay at night time, always with a warm smile and warm welcome that gets their stay off to a great start.You will coordinate a team of 2 night auditors, you will report to the Front office Manager and ensure all procedures are followed.

You'll have the freedom to take initiative, a natural leader who trains and supervises the night auditors, and all team going above and beyond to make each guest's stay individual and memorable. You will be the port call for guests at night, finding responses to our guest requests with a pro-active approach and initiative in a relaxed but professional manner. Above all, we're looking for someone who wants to be part of a friendly and ambitious team, someone who will enjoy learning and a people person.

• Welcomes guests as soon as they arrive with due care and attention
• Anticipates guests' needs and takes them into consideration
• Handles any guest complaints and/or remarks; provides a response as soon as possible
• Writes a report on activities and incidents that occur during the night
• Follows up the administration of reservations very thoroughly, making check-in operations easier for the front desk team
• Establishes the closing and nightly activity reports for hotel management
• Ensures that information is passed on to the people concerned
• Confirms the reservation; takes care over written communications
