Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Night Manager to join our dynamic Front Office Team. As the key leader during the overnight shift, you will ensure the seamless operation of the resort by managing nightly accounting and auditing, reconciling daily transactions, and generating financial reports. Your exceptional service will make guests feel at home from arrival to departure, handling their requests with a smile and ensuring accurate reservations.

You will also maintain resort safety and security through regular property checks, handle inquiries and feedback for optimal guest recovery, and foster open communication and efficiency between departments. By motivating and inspiring team members, you will create a positive work environment and embody Accor's values.

Qualifications

·  Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
·  Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
·  Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to make sound decisions and understand commercial implications
·  Flexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to change
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all types of guests and team members
·  Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays

Additional Information

Annual Salary:  $73,332 + 11.5% Superannuation
