Job description

Key tasks

You coordinate all activities relating to the management, upkeep and security of the company's properties (services, installations, equipment). You contribute in achieving the company's objectives through providing the best infrastructure. - You take care of the maintenance and upkeep of buildings and are responsible for repair work and negotiating maintenance contracts. - You manage all of the company's supplies. - You are the contact point for your internal customers, you are in charge of the security of people and property on the premises. - You arbitrate between 'do' and 'have done', and whenever necessary find external service providers for certain tasks or services. - You endeavour to understand the needs of the employees in their specific companies and to provide the best solutions. - You organise and supervise removals.
