Key tasks

Novotel London Paddington is looking for a Night Front Office Supervisor to join established Front Office Team. The successful candidate has ideally hospitality background working with a team as their leader. The typical tasks will include Front Office administration, answering calls and emails, dealing with check in and check outs, handling cash, processing card payments, delegating tasks to team members, resolving guest`s quires, taking decisions in difficult situation, carrying out security checks throughout the property. As the role is specifically advertised to work during the night, we would need someone who is able to adapt working various shifts but mainly overnight.

Essential and optional requirements

The ideal candidate is already an Opera or FOLS user, has previously worked in hospitality or customer service, has strong leadership/people management skills and self confident. The Night Supervisor is required to lead the team, support them and the hotel operation during the night hours. There will be some Food and Beverage tasks involved as the hotel offers 24/7 Room Service menu for guests. Carrying out regular security checks on the floors is mandatory and to be fully confident in Health and Safety, Fire regulations. We are looking forward to receiving CVs as well to
